Day at the Spa!

Yesterday my friend Jennifer and I had a wonderful day of pampering. We went to the Willow Stream Spa at the Scottsdale Princess hotel. We met at 12:30 for lunch, had a good workout and then showered and put our robes on to wait for our services. I enjoyed a 60 minute stress relief massage and she enjoyed a 60 minuted aromatherapy facial. We both felt so good after our nice day at the spa!! This was a treat to ourselves for finishing the Nike marathon in October....so we deserved it!!

Walking Women

Yesterday my mom and four friends walked the Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon here in Arizona. They were speedy and finished the race in 3 hours and 12 minutes! I drove them to the start line and got some pre race photos. It was 25 degrees when we got in the car and I think when they got out of the car is was a whopping 29!! Tine and I met them at mile 8 and then saw them at the finish. They were all still smiling which is always a good thing!! GO MOM!!

Championship Game...Here we come!!

My brother in law Joe and I are very much looking forward to Monday night. We were very lucky to be given two tickets to the BCS Championship game. The game is between Florida and Ohio State and if it is anything like the other two bowl games Arizona has had this year, it is sure to be a good game!
