My friend Aimee's son Sam is going to be 3 August 20th. He was so muh fun to play with while visiting Chicago. He entertained Linda and I from the time we stepped in the door. The most enjoyable thing was watching him "power lift". Aimee's cousin is a weight lifter who will most likely be going to the olympics. They took Sam to a competition he had in Chicago a few weeks ago and Sam was mesmorized! So Paul made him his own weight and needless to say Sam has been training. The funniest thing is that he has to be introduced and as the audience you must "cheer him on". So Aimee will say "come on Sam you've got this one". He then lifts the weight and holds it for a little while and then drops it just like the pros! It was so funny! We'll have to see if this early training pays off!
